Head Pizza Chef
Lead our kitchen team in crafting Giordanos' legendary giordanos pizza from scratch daily. You'll oversee deep dish production, train junior kitchen staff, maintain quality standards, manage ingredient sourcing, and ensure every pizza reflects our 50-year legacy of excellence. This role requires a creative leader who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Front of House Manager
Oversee daily front-of-house operations to deliver the warm, memorable dining experience Giordanos guests expect. You'll manage servers, hosts, and bussers; handle guest feedback; coordinate with the kitchen; and drive service standards that keep our tables full and our guests raving about giordanos all over Chicago.
Line Cook
Join our kitchen brigade as a Line Cook and play a critical role in producing the authentic Italian dishes that define Giordanos. From prepping ingredients to plating pasta, salads, and sides that accompany our famous deep dish pizza, you'll work in a structured yet dynamic environment where quality and speed are equally valued.
Server / Waitstaff
Be the face of Giordanos for every guest. As a Server, you'll guide diners through our iconic giordano's menu, make personalized recommendations, deliver orders with care, and ensure each table leaves with a smile. Ideal for outgoing, detail-oriented individuals who genuinely enjoy connecting with people and thrive in a lively restaurant setting.
Marketing & Social Media Coordinator
Help tell the Giordanos story to the world. In this role, you'll manage social media channels, create engaging content about our giordanos pizza heritage, run email campaigns, coordinate photoshoots, and collaborate with local influencers and media. A passion for food culture and strong copywriting skills are a must. Some on-site restaurant time is required.
